I am sure you can improve this more, also by using ICTs to avoid further delays (in processing), and speed up the distribution of requests as well as of deliveries.
Please explain with words what you want to achieve with the new process.
Deadline for submissions of e-procurement bids is today (Friday). You will need to show how your new process, supported by ICT, meets the requirements stated in the excel spreadsheet.
